Price Match Guarantee – FAQ

 

1. How does your Price Match Guarantee work?

If you have a lower quote from another junk removal provider, All Out Rubbish will match your written quote for the same service, same item(s), and at the same location, as long as the competitor is a licensed and insured junk removal company.

We must be able to confirm that the competitor is a legitimate, licensed, and insured business. Once we validate the written quote, we’ll issue you a single-use discount code to match the price.

 

2. What if I didn’t receive a competitor quote in writing?

We understand that many junk removal companies provide verbal price estimates on-site after evaluating the junk in person.

While written quotes are required for a price match, we know it’s not always possible. In these cases, we may still be able to accommodate you.

3. Why would my price quote not be accepted?

We cannot accept a price match request if:

• The competing quote is not in writing

• The competitor is not licensed and insured

• The quote is not for the same service, same item(s), and same location

A valid written quote is required to verify the service details and ensure an accurate price match.

 

4. What qualifies as a legitimate junk removal company?

A junk removal company is considered legitimate for price matching purposes only if they are licensed and insured. This helps protect customers and ensures fair competition with reputable service providers.

 

5. How long is my price match quote valid for?

Once your quote has been approved and matched, the discount promo code is valid for 24 hours by default for security reasons.
